Paul and Marie’s program is remarkable. It was especially helpful to me as a stay at home mother, as I was able to go at my own pace and work during my free hours. The yoga teaching books and DVD’s are detailed and informative and applicable to my life as a yoga teacher. My students have definitely benefited from the information I learned on anatomy, yoga philosophy, history, meditation, yoga pedagogy, chakras, pranayama, and more. In addition, as a student of Aura Wellness Center, you have access to the yoga forums and newsletters, not to mention other resources on the site. When your class is over, Paul continues to answer questions and give advice on resumes and job opportunities.
