As a Sports Kinesiologist, I have been more than impressed with the criteria of Aura Wellness Center’s “Yoga Teacher Certification” program. Paul Jerard E-RYT, has been so supportive and embodies what yoga really is all about in his teaching programs. My personal practice has improved 10 fold, because of my CYT certification from Aura.
