Yet, many students attend classes where a Yoga instructor may not look at them for the entire class. Needless to say, there are no physical assists in these same classes. Why?

Charisma is the common denominator among the greatest teachers of all time. Yet, since it is unseen - it is also underrated. A charismatic teacher will establish an ethical rapport with Yoga students as a by-product of his or her personality. Many successful teachers reflect self-confidence without arrogance or self-righteousness. This type of self-confidence is full of positive energy and is easily seen as optimism. This is a practitioner who has learned to transcend fear, look for solutions, and find success.

Hatha Yoga for Increased Life Expectancy

It is time to network and join forces. The health of our children and grandchildren is at stake. Schools, hospitals, physicians, and Yoga teachers, cannot wait another 10 years for the government to "wake up." It is time for us to take voluntary action and educate the public about the health benefits of regular Hatha Yoga practice.
